What do you feel about cavity wall insulation for older house where thet are pumped with polystyrene balls and glue.

I like the idea of getting a cavity wall because they are great for wall insulation. My wife and I are having a new house built over the next couple of years. We’ll talk to the contractors about having cavity walls put in with some traditional wall insulation.
